Return & Exchange Policy

All products ordered from the Label Joree website and successfully delivered to the customer are eligible for return or exchange strictly in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you may request an exchange. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please specify the reason for return and share clear images of the product in case of damage or incorrect delivery.

Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, our Customer Care Team at Label Joree will inspect the item. Based on the inspection, an exchange will be approved at our discretion.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Shipping Charges for Returns

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

In certain cases, our shipping partner may arrange a pickup, and the applicable charges must be paid at the time of pickup.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

All products are photographed under professional lighting. Actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Since online shopping does not allow for physical inspection, texture or color variation will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • No monetary refunds are provided for returned products.
  • A credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued after successful inspection.

Return Timeline

Returned merchandise must reach us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Delivery Issues

We will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges in cases of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package at the time of delivery

Final Decision

In case of any dispute regarding the Return & Exchange Policy, the decision of the Label Joree team shall be final and binding.

Domestic returns and exchanges

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase by mail:

  1. On the invoice received with your order, circle the item(s) you wish to return and clearly mention the quantity and reason for return.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact, and include the completed invoice inside the parcel.
  3. Courier the package back to us at the official Label Joree company address.
  4. Products once dispatched are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • The product has been used or worn

Credit Note

Any approved return will be issued as a credit note, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

International returns and exchnages

If the merchandise you have ordered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@labeljoree.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns will only be accepted after you receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from our team. Kindly do not dispatch the product before receiving this confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

We Will Not Accept Returns If:

  • The product has been damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • The product has been used or worn

Credit Note Policy

  • We follow a no-refund policy for international orders.
  • Upon successful inspection of the returned product, a credit note will be issued.
  • Credit notes are typically processed within four weeks of the return shipment, though they may be issued sooner in some cases.
  • The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
