Payments & Fraud

For card transactions, you must use a credit or debit card issued in your own name. Label Joree shall not be liable for any fraudulent use of payment instruments. Responsibility for proving unauthorized or fraudulent transactions lies solely with the user.

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests may not be entertained, except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by you (such as an incorrect address or contact information), any additional delivery costs incurred shall be borne by you.

Product Information

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the rare instance of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, subject to the conditions outlined below:

Any issue related to damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests raised after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and casing returned in intact condition.

Resolution Process

In cases where a genuine defect is identified or where technical issues prevent or significantly delay delivery, Label Joree reserves the right to offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Refund Method & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original mode of payment used at checkout.
For credit/debit card payments, refunds are typically completed within 6–8 working days after approval.
For cheque or demand draft payments, refund processing may take 15–20 working days, and the cheque will be issued in the billing name provided at the time of purchase.

Non-Delivered Orders

For orders confirmed as not delivered, refunds will be processed only after verification. Customers may choose either a refund or an alternative product, subject to availability.

Gift Certificates

Orders placed using gift certificates are non-refundable. In eligible cases, a replacement gift certificate of equal value will be issued instead.
